Adie Kenny, RD, is the Director of Dietetics and Nutrition at Skyway. In this role, she oversees the nutrition department, including eating disorder nutrition care, meal programming, and foodservice operations. She provides clinical leadership and supervision to dietitians working with complex eating disorder presentations and is committed to fostering a nonjudgmental, compassionate team culture that supports weight-inclusive and trauma-informed care for clients in the program.

With extensive experience in higher levels of care, Adie has served as a clinical dietitian, senior dietitian, and dietitian manager. She is passionate about trauma-informed eating disorder treatment, meeting clients where they are, and supporting healing in relationships with food and the body. A central focus of her work is mentoring and training dietitians to build confidence and clinical skill when working with high-acuity cases.

Adie earned her Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and completed her dietetic internship with The Emily Program in partnership with the University of Minnesota.

Outside of work, you can find Adie at a forest preserve enjoying nature, in her kitchen cooking up a meal, or exploring the Chicagoland area with friends and family.
