Anissa Mosquera

Anissa Mosquera serves as the Executive Clinical Director (ECD) at Skyway Behavioral Health in Skokie, where she oversees and supports the ongoing delivery of high quality, compassionate clinical care.

Anissa prides herself in delivering a clinical perspective that emphasizes thoughtful and curious evidence-based care and honors the whole person. She has a strong passion for supporting the growth, development, and ongoing learning of clinicians at Skyway, and is dedicated to fostering a collaborative, reflective, and supportive clinical environment where both clinicians and clients thrive.

Anissa has been a part of the Skyway team from the beginning, starting as the organization’s first clinical intern and growing alongside the program, as an individual therapist, a program manager, and now as the ECD. Anissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University. Prior to joining Skyway, Anissa gained experience in case management, clinical research, and supported the operations of an after-school program focused on empowering young girls.

Outside of work, Anissa enjoys cooking, reading, exploring new restaurants in Chicago and unwinding with reality television.
