Emily Hartranft-Mulcahy serves as the Program Manager for Skyway’s Mood, Anxiety & Trauma Partial Hospitalization Program and the Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program. She has been part of the Skyway team since its opening in April 2022, beginning as a primary therapist and stepping into her leadership role in March 2024.

Emily is deeply committed to reducing the stigma around eating disorder care and supporting clients in cultivating self-acceptance. She brings a blend of nonjudgment, humor, and empathy to her therapeutic work, creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and understood.

As a manager, Emily leads with authenticity, openness, and a genuine respect for the mentors who shaped her path. She prioritizes building a supportive environment where staff feel grounded, valued, and encouraged throughout the care they provide.

Outside of work, Emily can often be found cheering on her alma mater, Florida State University, or the Chicago Bears. She also enjoys spending time along the lakefront with a good book or relaxing at home with her husband and their beloved pets—Pally the dog and Grimmy the cat.
