Referral Process & Collaboration
Extended Admissions Line Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Extended Assessment Hours:
• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis
• Latest assessment slot begins at 4:00 PM each day
1. Make The Referral
We welcome consultation prior to submission to determine fit for our programs.
2. Stay Connected
Once your client is admitted, we communicate regularly with you and share weekly updates as needed.
3. Ensure a Smooth Transition
When treatment ends, we coordinate smoothly with your practice to transition the client back to outpatient care, offering up to two weeks of skills-coaching or a discharge review session.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

PHP offers a full-day, structured level of care for individuals needing greater therapeutic intensity. Clients participate in daily group and individual sessions facilitated by our clinical team, with ongoing communication and collaboration maintained with referring providers to ensure continuity of care.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

IOP offers a flexible level of care for clients who are stepping down from PHP or require structured treatment while maintaining daily responsibilities. The program focuses on developing coping strategies, strengthening emotional regulation, and ensuring continuity of care in collaboration with referring providers.
Esketamine Spravato® Treatment
- 2 Hour Treatment
Esketamine treatment provides an evidence-based option for adults with treatment-resistant depression. Administered in a controlled clinical setting under medical supervision, this intervention is integrated into a comprehensive treatment plan with coordination to referring providers to support outcomes and follow-up care.
