Dusty Darnold serves as Skyway’s Administration Manager. In this role, he oversees the human resources department and works with Skyway’s various technology platforms. His background includes more than a decade of experience within the senior living field. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in media studies/broadcast communications from Northern Illinois University.
In his previous roles, Dusty focused on organizational operations and building corporate culture and a cohesive team. He implemented industry best practices for team building and data analysis. Dusty has been featured in several media outlets, including KING5 in Seattle for insights with regard to creating recreational programming for senior citizens and MSNBC to share his experiences about moving across the country for work.
