Laura believes it is our responsibility as humans to help each other thrive, be better, and heal; that there is great power in connection. Laura is fluent in Spanish and loves all things outdoors, including hiking and sitting by a campfire. She listens to dance music and indie rock and enjoys spicy food, especially chile rellenos. Her must-haves for self-care are lavender lotion, clean sheets, and strong coffee.
