Lauren Parente

As Skyway’s Quality and Compliance Specialist, Lauren oversees and maintains critical policy requirements throughout the organization. She updates all policy manuals and ensures that state and local mandated guidelines are met or exceeded. Her responsibilities also include working alongside staff and clinicians to maintain client and employee safety.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Before coming to Skyway, she oversaw operations at a multisite behavioral health center in Evanston. This role further fueled her interest in creating safe environments for clients and employees while maintaining exceptional client care. Lauren’s enthusiasm for this field and professional background make her a great asset in compliance management at Skyway.
